THE ISSUE:
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order at 9 AM for same-day delivery to BS&W hospital, but the flowers were never delivered. By the time I found out the business was closed for the weekend, meaning of flowers won’t arrive now until Monday. Completely defeated the purpose of same-day delivery, especially for a hospital. There was no notification or communication about the missed delivery. Extremely frustrating experience.
