Blooming Belles is a local, family-owned flower shop located in Belton, Texas, founded by Lorena & Tiffany. With over 20 years of collective floral experience, we specialize in creating captivating arrangements tailored to your unique celebrations and significant moments. Our passion is rooted in bringing happiness through beautifully handcrafted bouquets, arrangements, and centerpieces. Lorena Rivera Villanueva 

My name is Lorena Rivera. I have been blissfully married for 20 years, and am the mother of 2 beautiful daughters. Raised in Belton TX and a graduate of Belton High School. I’ve spent the last 23 years working at a local grocery store, holding various roles including bagger, cashier, customer service representative, baker, cake decorator, and florist. Later, I pursued a management career in the floral department. Throughout my career, I have had the pleasure of working with the communities of Temple, Harker Heights, Georgetown, and Killeen. Each of these experiences has shaped my expertise in understanding what makes each event unique and how to bring beauty and personal touches to every bouquet, arrangement, and centerpiece. I am delighted to be back home, and eager to craft stunning floral pieces for your events and celebrations.
